I’ve spent over a decade working with all sorts of different people to achieve the same goal: Health. There’s no experience more positive than getting healthier and having a fun time in the process. Now that we’re settled down in Mead, I’m excited to elevate the level of fitness in our community.

We’ll exercise to improve your capacity (strength, endurance, etc.) both inside and outside of the gym. Think Crossfit without the injuries.

Biomechanical Optimization

The key to longevity is moving with great mechanics. I’ll teach you the optimal joint positions and muscular activations that strengthen your body instead of hurting it.

Corrective Exercise

The majority of pain is a symptom of imbalances or bad movement habits. We’ll utilize exercise to prevent and fix pain so that your body is bulletproof.
